Drops for the treatment and prevention of louse, mite and worm problems in hobby pigeons, parrots and game birds.
Birds can have endo and ectoparasites such as worms, lice and mites.
In most cases, having these parasites is not directly associated with loss of condition or symptoms of disease.
While these parasites can indeed play a major role in the loss of condition with diseases as the end result.

Worms: Hair and roundworm infestations can cause watery faeces, varying appetite and weight loss as symptoms.
Lice: Lice feed on keratin, the main building block of feathers. This can cause irritation and damaged feathers.
The lice multiply rapidly as the bird’s condition declines, causing further problems for the bird.
Mites: Mites feed on blood, this can not only cause skin irritation and blood loss, but because they feed on blood, the mites can transmit parasites to other birds in this way.

Treating against endo- and ectoparasites is important for the health of your birds.
Active Component: Ivermectin.

Dosage (pigeons, parrots and birds of prey) in the neck, on the skin:
1 drop per 250g live weight
2 drops per 500 g of live weight.
For a long-lasting effect, repeat the treatment every 4-6 weeks.
