Dac Pharma Linco-Spec Tablets

Indication:
Infections of the respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract caused by bacteria sensitive to Lincomycin and Spectinomycin.
Combination tablet for the treatment of airways and gastrointestinal tract in pigeons.

Symptoms:
The combination of the active ingredients in Lincomycin and Spectinomycin has a synergistic effect, making the tablet suitable for the treatment of respiratory problems (Mycoplasma spp.).
Symptoms of Mycoplasma infections include: decreased performance; dirty eye and eye rims, erect feathers near the ears, wet eyes and open beak breathing.

Linco-Spec tablets are also used in cases of Adeno-coli syndrome with the aim of fighting the coli infections as well as the secondary infections that can occur with Adeno-coli syndrome.
Symptoms of E-coli/Adeno infections include: excessive drinking, poor appetite, vomiting and watery diarrhea.

Active Ingredients:
Lincomycin, Spectinomycin.

Dose:
Preventive treatment: 1 tablet per pigeon, 1 day/2 consecutive days.
Curative treatment: 1 tablet per pigeon, 3-5 consecutive days or as directed by an expert.
For the treatment of large numbers of birds, Respiratory Red Mix can be administered via the drinking water or over the feed.
