DAC Pure Brewers Yeast contains all essential amino acids, 14 minerals and 17 vitamins. It contains many minerals such as: Chromium, Zinc, Iron, Phosphorus and Selenium.
DAC Pure Brewers Yeast is also a good source of protein. It contains about 30-35% protein.
