Alle documenten worden gecontroleerd conform de toepasselijke regelgeving en interne verificatieprocedures.<\/p>\n<p>Na goedkeuring ontvangt de afnemer een offici\u00eble factuur waarop onder meer batchnummer(s) en houdbaarheidsdatum(en) van het betreffende product worden vermeld. De factuur dient volledig vooruit betaald te worden voordat verzending plaatsvindt.<\/p>\n<p>Verzending geschiedt uitsluitend na afronding van de verificatieprocedure en ontvangst van betaling, conform de geldende GDP-richtlijnen (Good Distribution Practice) voor diergeneesmiddelen.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Beschrijving:<br \/>\n<\/strong>Diftovac<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omschrijving:<\/strong><br \/>\nDiftovac is een Lyofilisaat en verdunningsmiddel voor suspensie voor duiven<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werkzame stof:<\/strong><br \/>\nLevend verzwakt duivenpokkenvirus, stam NJ<\/p>\n<p><strong>Indicaties:<\/strong><br \/>\nDiftovac is voor actieve immunisatie van duiven tegen duivenpokken om klinische symptomen en laesies die verband houden met infectie met het duivenpokkenvirus te verminderen<br \/>\nAanvang van immuniteit: uiterlijk 21 dagen na vaccinatie, zoals aangetoond door challenge<br \/>\nDuur van de immuniteit: minimaal 9 maanden<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dosering en wijze van toediening:<\/strong><br \/>\nReconstitueer het gevriesdroogde product aseptisch in verdunningsmiddel net voor gebruik.<br \/>\nHulpmiddelen die worden gebruikt voor de reconstitutie van het vaccin en voor toepassing, moeten steriel zijn en vrij van residuen van chemisch desinfectiemiddel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verdunning voor toediening van verenfollikels:<\/strong><br \/>\nVaccin met een inhoud van 50 doses wordt verdund in 5 ml verdunningsmiddel D<br \/>\nVaccin met een inhoud van 100 doses wordt verdund in 10 ml verdunningsmiddel D<\/p>\n<p>Na het plukken van 10-15 veren van de mediale zijde van de poot, wordt het vaccin in de onbedekte follikels geborsteld. De dosis van het vaccin voor elk dier is 0,1 ml.<br \/>\nVoorkom bloeding uit onbedekte follikels &#8211; dit kan leiden tot een sterke lokale reactie.<br \/>\nAanbrengen op een schone en droge huid.<br \/>\nDesinfecteer de huid niet v\u00f3\u00f3r toediening van de verenzakjes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verdunning voor subcutane toediening (aanbevolen):<\/strong><br \/>\nVaccin met een inhoud van 50 doses wordt verdund in 10 ml verdunningsmiddel D<br \/>\nVaccin met een inhoud van 100 doses wordt verdund in 20 ml verdunningsmiddel D<\/p>\n<p>Een dosis voor subcutane vaccinatie is 0,2 ml, het wordt aanbevolen om de plaats van toediening in de nek te lokaliseren.<\/p>\n<p>Houd de gebruikelijke aseptische omstandigheden aan.<br \/>\nGebruik alleen steriele spuiten en naalden.<\/p>\n<p>Goed schudden voor en af \u200b\u200ben toe tijdens toediening.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vaccinatieschema:<\/strong><br \/>\nBasisvaccinatie: vanaf de leeftijd van 4 weken<br \/>\nHervaccinatie: in de bedreigde
