Content:
One vaccine dose 0,3 ml contains:

Active substances:
Pigeon rotavirus (PiRV), strain Ro/D ≥ 52,2 EU*
Pigeon paramyxovirus 1 (PPMV1), strain 988M ≥ 6,47 log2 HIU**
* ELISA units in chickens determined by indirect ELISA test.
** Haemagglutination inhibition in chickens.

Indication:
For active immunisation of pigeons from the age of 4 weeks onwards:
-to reduce mortality and frequency and severity of clinical signs caused by pigeon rotavirus (PiRV).
-to reduce mortality and frequency and severity of clinical signs caused by paramyxovirus type 1 (PPMV1).
Onset of immunity: 2 weeks after the last injection.
Duration of immunity: 8 months after last injection (PiRV).
9 months after last injection (PPMV1).
(includes the risk period, determined on the basis of the challenge).
In field studies, antibody levels comparable to those that passed the challenge were found even one year after the last injection.

Dosage and route of administration:
One dose: 0,3 ml. Administer one dose intramuscularly into femoral muscle.

Recommended vaccination scheme:
Primovaccination:
First injection from 28 days of age onwards.
Second injection 21-26 days after first injection.
Revaccination:
1 injection annually, no later than 1 year after the last injection.

Storage conditions:
Store in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C).
